Design, revisions, and the coordination and quality checks that deliver the work. At least 80% of your hours go to design and revisions.
Every brief gets a time estimate before work starts, and the estimate is the cap. Small jobs start straight away, and anything bigger waits for your approval. If the work takes less time, only the time used comes out of your hours. You can see every job and every hour live on your dashboard, so the invoice is never a surprise.
Extra hours are there when you need them, and only ever with your agreement first: $70 an hour on Pilot, $63 on Essentials, $60 on Premium, $58 on Pro and $55 on Scale. Your Account Manager tells you when you reach 90% of your plan hours, before you go over.

Monthly plans have no lock-in. Cancel anytime: your plan runs to the end of the billing period, then stops, with no notice period and no fees. You can pause for one to three whole months, starting from your next renewal, and one email restarts everything within 1-2 business days. On a 6- or 12-month term, your plan runs for the term you chose. If your first month with us isn't right, tell us within the first 14 days and we'll refund that month's fee. This doesn't apply to prepaid 12-month terms.
Your whole account team, from your Account Manager to your designers, is based in Indonesia and the Philippines. You talk to your Account Manager by email or a quick video call, 10am to 6pm Sydney time on business days. We're an Australian company, founder-led from Sydney.
Your work keeps moving. Your brand guidelines and files are kept with your account, so another of our designers can pick up the work with everything they need.
No caps on revision rounds. Revision time is tracked within your hours, and each round gets its own committed date. We aim for one or two rounds, so your hours go to new briefs rather than rework. Estimates assume up to three rounds, and if something needs more, we flag it before continuing, never after. Feedback works best as one set per round, and your Account Manager helps gather it.
You do. Once the work is paid for, the final designs and their editable source files are yours to use, adapt and publish. Anything you give us stays yours. Stock images and fonts we license can be used as part of your design, and bigger uses, like merchandise or large print runs, need an extra licence at your cost.
Because hours tell you exactly what you're getting. Unlimited plans run as a queue. Here, the same designers work on your account, and your design budget is a number you can plan around and report on.
