We use Trello as our main collaboration platform. You can submit as many design requests as you want, and we'll provide you with a time estimation and delivery date. Once approved, we will immediately prioritize and start working on the task.

How many projects can I run?

Typically, we handle 2-3 design requests simultaneously. However, for larger campaigns requiring additional designers to manage a significant number of requests, we have the capacity to accommodate those needs.

Do you have design brief guidelines?

Yes, we offer a guided brief to assist you in making a design request for a specific creative task, especially if you're unfamiliar with the technical requirements. This ensures that you can make the request effectively.


Assign and Deliver

Our Project Coordinator will help assign the right designer for each task based on their expertise area, handle scheduling to ensure timely delivery of each task. We also provide a lead designer who is responsible for maintaining design quality consistency and ensuring on-brand delivery.

How long does it take to complete a design request?

Generally, we can complete the work within 12-48 hours. However, larger scale or complex design projects may require more time, in which case we will inform you in advance. For quick, minor revisions, we are able to deliver on the same day.

Will I receive the working file?

Each time we complete a design request, we will always send the working file to you as well.

Can I check the total hours remaining?

Yes, you will have access to check the task progress, the time used for each project, and the total hours remaining.
