How do we match the right designer for you?

During the onboarding call, we'll have both a lead designer and project manager to learn about your brand, visual preferences, and the types of designs you're likely to request. This is how we find the right designers to match your needs.

Will I work with the same team member again?

Yes, we will have the same dedicated team for you. Meeting your expectations is our top priority. Therefore, we also offer the option to swap team members if you're not satisfied with any of our designers' work.

How do I communicate with you after onboarding?

We will regularly communicate via Slack or email, with quick responses during our business hours. Additionally, we offer video conference calls (Zoom/Google Meet) if you need to explain a complex requirement or a large task.

We offer multiple options to suit your preferences for providing the brief, including email, Trello, or utilising our guided brief form. Once you send the brief, we will reply immediately with the time estimation and the delivery date.

How many projects can I run?

You can submit as many design requests as you like. We will handle 2-3 design requests simultaneously based on your subscription. However, if you have a large campaign that requires more designers to work on a significant number of design requests, we have the capacity to accommodate that as well.

Do you have guidelines for designs I'm not familiar with?

Yes, we offer a guided brief to assist you in making a design request for a specific creative task, especially if you're unfamiliar with the technical requirements. This ensures that you can make the request effectively.


Assign & Deliver

Our Project Manager will help to assigning the right designer for each task based on their expertise area, do the scheduling to ensure we deliver each request on-time. As for design quality consistency and on-brand delivery, we will assign one lead designer for you.

How long does it take to complete a design request?

Generally, we can complete the work within 12-48 hours. However, larger scale or complex design projects may require more time, in which case we will inform you in advance. For quick, minor revisions, we are able to deliver on the same day.

Will I receive the working file?

Each time we complete a design request, we will always send the working file to you as well.

Can I check the total hours remaining?

Yes, you will have access to check the task progress, the time used for each project, and the total hours remaining.
